Incredibly unresponsive to messages and calls. I've had a very difficult time getting in to be seen. Honestly, I've changed my provider to avoid this place.
I was there to be seen, and the very rude staff refused to let me be seen because I didn't have a primary doctor within their practice, yet on the website description it says nothing about you needing to have a doctor in their practice. They could have told me that in the 20 minutes I was sitting there waiting. Horrible office and I would suggest not wasting your time going there. It doesn't surprise me one bit this place has only 3 stars.
This was my best urgent care experience I have ever had. I don't leave many reviews so this should be meaningful. From the front office to the staff in the back everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I didn't have to fill out 20 minutes of paperwork when I got there. Great experience. I will be back!!!!!
Great staff. Great doctors. They all really care about their patients and do it with a smile. Always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
No one calls back.. well they do if you consider 3 or 4 days later a call back.. the phone connects you to another line half the time that hangs up on you.. quick to diagnose you without knowing for sure whats wrong with you. they have diagnosed me with strep 3 times . all 3 times I was negative and ended up positive for other things. Of course I have to go this week and im already dreading it.... oh and my primary dr left to another building and none of her patients were notified.
