Let me just say that this insurance company has been fabulous my wife was rear-ended my car was declared totaled and they did an amazing job to make sure I can have enough money left over to get another car after they pay the dealership thanks so much Brian I don't know if you could see but thank you so much a blessing in disguise very great insurance company
We have had this car insurance for 5+ years. Never had any issues. When we were hit they paid for our rental car and got our money for our car pretty quick so we could get another car. Plus our insurance isn't to high like some places.
Take your commercial insurance needs elsewhere. Our experience with Brethren Mutual has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Billing department unwilling/unable to assist. Zero flexibility. After our insurance premium nearly doubled overnight, which was a shock to us. The billing department was unwilling to work with us, and demanded their payment within two weeks. The ABSOLUTE WORST insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They raise our insurance every year with no tickets, claims or accidents. Our homeowners has went up 100.00 more every year. I’m done with this fly by night company, they’re the WORST. They charge 4.00 for direct debit from my checking account, normal companies WANT you to have it direct debit so they know they’re getting their money. Today I’m getting auto and home insurance somewhere else and this company is HISTORY… DONE!!!!
