What a terrible business to deal with!! After paying them $30K over 9 years with no claims, they canceled my policy for being late twice. Then sent me to collections saying i owe them $105 for the coverage right before they canceled me. What a scam!!
Very nice company pretty good on their insurance
This company is an absolute disgrace! My father used them for car insurance for years before he passed. As his estate is coming to a close I discovered this joke of a company had continued to withdraw monthly payments from his account for over a year after his death. Even with the death certificate they are refusing to reimburse any money because I don't have a tag receipt for a vehicle my father sold BEFORE he passed. Now I have to pay the Maryland DMV for records to prove a dead man isn't still driving around. This company... read more
I had home owners insurance with this company for 28 years. I went out of town and when I returned insurance had cancelled. I was told they tried to reach me but couldn’t. But got all of my money for 28 years. They suck. If I could give them a 0 they would’ve had it.
Someone with a policy through this insurance agency hit my car. I and my insurance company have been leaving messages for week and they refuse to return my call. Horrible business!
