They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Dr. did not give the impression that he was secure in his knowledge of the subject we were addressing. I will not be going to him in the future.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Given inaccurate information prior to visit. Did not provide pictures. They were unable to accurately transfer medical allergies and information to their forms. Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did you meet with the cosmetic surgeon during your consultation, or a representative? The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
