While it is true that my dog tends to snap at people and has a note stating "Dog Will Bite" at Dr Greenberg's office, he took the time to get my dog to relax during our first visit, and I know that it was longer than our allotted time! He is really good at handling nervous dogs! The other vets we went to were all afraid of her and tried to muzzle her, which made the visit a waste of time, because she would not cooperate after that.
