Bret D Lubic had two trials on the same week; he lied to me when I asked him if I was his only client at the moment. The judge in Coos Bay told him that he, Bret D Lubic, should have not lied to me and taken my case since he had another trial in the same week. My trial was scheduled on Sep 5th 2018 -- so if you had a trial with this attorney, please contact me ASAP because I am sure he also lied to you. This attorney also charged my credit card multiple times without my consent.

Bret was very helpful with our legal separation. He was able to work with a challenging case and was very helpful in answering questions and in taking the time that was needed to handle our case. He was full of wisdom and was more then willing to be supportive etc when I chose to reverse the legal separation. I highly recommend him as he is very dedicated and supportive through challenging circumstances.

Bret Lubic recently represented me in a heavily contested divorce case that lasted more than a year.
