We've been coming here for 5 years and have experienced only positive encounters. The staff is friendly and our options are communicated throughly and clearly. I like that I can schedule an appointment by either calling or searching online to accommodate my availability and my pups' needs.
My dachshund had dental surgery for first time, he was scared.The staff went out of their way to make both of us comfortable, told me exactly what they were going to do, updated me all day with texts. He is doing well. Compassionate staff and I am glad I found them.
