I made an appointment with this company for roofing job estimate. I called to confirm. They had our contact information and TODAY no call or cancellation, JUST NO SHOW. I called and was told emergency occured and they would not be able to come until next Monday. They said they didn't have right contact information for us which is a total LIE. The lady that answers the phone is RUDE and unapologetic for their lack of professionalism. I am glad to know this now before I gave them any money.
