I called for my commercial policy coverage. Yes, they ask lots of questions. They do this to understand your business to get you the right quote. We have had our insurance with bresnahan insurance for about 5 years now and Debbie is Awesome...... and yes,,,, she will ask lots of questions....its her job....don't like it go to progressive online where you get email quotes that don't give you the right coverage....nor service Debbie can provide
I , for obvious reasons, don't know how the previous came about but, I just had one of the worst Initial approaches by Lisa and her colleague when I called to get some some information on coverage for my transportation services. They were very upfront with their unprofessional approach and facetious questions. Being redundant in the time lapse of 10 or less with me on the call. I am disappointed in their behavior and when informed about this disappointment Lisa's answer was "Ok?" Very uncaring. I wish I could've just gotten ... read more
