Disappointing experience for a family member (NOT me). He went to Joanne for counseling. She demanded cash payments. Plus $450 cash evaluation even though he has insurance. Only gives a generic receipt with no info. When asked to submit claims, she told him to submit himself which only got denied because receipts are generic with no information. Family member finally went to get help and sadly ended up with this person and it was a fail. We have insurance but wanted $450 up front, in cash. And when my husband got to his visit, that he had anxiety about regardless, he forgot the cash and she actually got angry with him he didn't have it and refused his card. I'm sorry, but wanted cash only just screams sketchy.
