If you use this company for a project be sure to insist on a cost plus situation. I was going through a design build with them for the company I work for. At one of the meeting with the HVAC company, in the meeting the contractor says “ well, this brings it up to around $850,000 “. Contractors left the meeting and the project manager comes in scratching his head and say “ well, we’re up to almost $2,500,000 just for the HVAC “.
