Un personal excelente
Dr. Migliaccio is an exceptional doctor. My annual visits are always smooth and painless, and my recent surgery with him went very well. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is attentive and reassuring, and responds promptly to any concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physician. The front desk staff however is not very kind and very dismissive.
My experience with the doctors have been awful - specifically Drs. Rivera and Miceli but Gina, the receptionist, is wonderful. She went above and beyond - she sensed my urgency, prioritized my case, and spoke to me with care and grace - so appreciative of her.
I had my baby with Dr. Migliaccio in November, and he is an excellent doctor. However, the front desk staff at the Englewood clinic is a serious issue, especially Gina. I asked if it would be possible to schedule my postpartum appointment for a day after 4pm or on a Saturday because I didn't want to bring my 2-month-old baby to the visit. I normally am pretty satisfied with the services. However, today I was disappointed and annoyed. I called at 8 a.m. about an issue that was concerning me and didn't get a call back until about 15 minutes ago (I get that doctors are busy, but still, I'm a little alarmed about this situation).
