Dr. Migliaccio is an exceptional doctor. My annual visits are always smooth and painless, and my recent surgery with him went very well. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is attentive and reassuring, and responds promptly to any concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate physician. The front desk staff however is not very kind and very dismissive.
My experience with the doctors have been awful - specifically Drs. Rivera and Miceli but Gina, the receptionist, is wonderful. She went above and beyond - she sensed my urgency, prioritized my case, and spoke to me with care and grace - so appreciative of her.
I had my baby with Dr. Migliaccio in November, and he is an excellent doctor. However, the front desk staff at the Englewood clinic is a serious issue, especially Gina. I asked if it would be possible to schedule my postpartum appointment for a day after 4pm or on a Saturday because I didn't want to bring my 2-month-old baby to the visit. I normally am pretty satisfied with the services. However, today I was disappointed and annoyed. I called at 8 a.m. about an issue that was concerning me and didn't get a call back until about 15 minutes ago (I get that doctors are busy, but still, I'm a little alarmed about this situation). Terrible scheduling! It’s a nightmare. They don’t prioritize expecting mothers. Liers in terms of using Natera and genetic testing! Double check all the forms, and have control over bills. Some doctors are great, some! Some women tend to be condescending and not cooperative.
