Happy with the tech and the repair. Problem was diagnosed correctly. Replacement part ordered and installed about a week later. My only issue was the first visit charges. Tech was here one hour. Charges were $150 for the hour and $75 for diagnostics so I paid $225 for a one hour service call. I think tacking on the $75 was too much but to be fair I did not ask about charges/cost in advance.
Did a great job a couple years ago hooking up my gas furnace. No problems and works great still.
I was very impressed with Matt and his team. They installed a mini split system for us just in time for some hot weather. Everything has functioned great! During the project, Maggie was especially great to work with as well as the rest of the crew. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and made sure they cleaned up our home when they left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!!
Matt and team came out and assessed our house for the installation of a mini split system. They came out within a few days and had an estimate ready for us be the following day. They were able to have a team out at our house installing the system within two weeks. While in our home they were on time and very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Our oil-fired hot water heater blew out from the bottom (not fun) and Breon's was on it ASAP -- not only were they the least expensive quote, but they were the kindest and easiest to work with via phone and in-person, too! I never leave reviews, but the extra effort that they put in to rebuilding our flue was top notch customer service and SO appreciated.
