I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Very professional and thorough. Easy to find. Easy to make appt.
Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment.
