Its liveable but management doesn't care if your neighbor is an excon that scares and disrespect other residents. Blasting their music loud at night or yelling having arguments outside their apartments. We reported it and management just said, we didnt hear anything when we checked lol they said they went to checked but either they were late to check or they just made it up. When i first moved in the owners cared only about who paid their rent. They were slow to fix things. The pool was shut down and broke. They didn’t appear to care much about anything but money. The people who own it currently have done such an amazing turn around. They fix things quickly. They spray for pests control. They listen to you and actually care about your concerns. They are positive, polite and pleasant. They have remodeled and upgraded so many areas. Great apartments!
