We moved into a “brand new remodeled” apartment. Instead of a year lease, we signed a six month lease because the apartment wasn’t ready at move in. We have been here six months and have over 20 work orders. Was left without air in the summer. They went up in rent. Promised bills paid, but sends you a water bill now. Even the web page says water included. Now after 6 months we randomly have water a bill? We went months without mail because they refused to fix the mailboxes. It cost $60 for a po box. Mary is such a sweetie!! I haven’t even moved in yet but I’m already excited to be welcomed to this complex. She is very patient caring and understanding and is willing to work with you the best she can!! Also the complex is in a very good part of town it’s clean and looks very well kept on the outside and the apartments are nice!! Thank you Mary for your help in getting me and my girls into a place!!

Moved here in February of 2023, had a few minor things to happen in apt since moving in. But management has been awesome about getting someone out to fix the problem like asap! They are very understanding to the needs or situations of the residents of Brentwood apts. Couldn't ask for a better management team than Mary and Joann.
