I’m giving one star because what I could see the place look clean and the lady was nice when I took my son some clothes. But that’s the only reason. I know there are laws in place to protect your patients and I understand that not all ppl have the best intrest in said ppl. Over a year past service and they try to take advantage financially! They reduced the provider adjustment amount, on my invoice, they want another payment. So the statements need turned over to a attorney. They even turned me over to collections for the amount my insurance covered. Not to mention the services were not good. I have been told good things about Brentwood this is the reason ai called for help. However, I am very disappointed in what they say is the process of a call back. Chatted last Monday 8/18 with an online person took all my info. She was to refer all the info for the next person who would call me back within 72 hours. Today is Sunday 8/24 still no call back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went here willingly and I was admitted into inpatient in May 2023 for addiction issues. They will do everything in their power to keep you in there longer than you need to be to milk your insurance dry. This place was the WORST! No one ever listens to you, you constantly have to repeat yourself and your story to the same people over and over. The food is AWFUL! i have a family member who was recently admitted to this facility for mental health related issues, she was there for around 30 hours when she began having high blood pressure, so she was send to a near by hospital while till in there care where she was cleared of her blood pressure issue but Brentwood just left her there while she was still in there care she was still in the middle of a mental break they left her without her phone or other belonging in a stat where she had just few day eerier forget every number in her head... read more
