I went to see Dr.Greer for a ingrown nail and when I got it removed, I got staph infection that had alot to do with he staff and Dr. Greer process before the removal. The staff touch everything with her gloves and placed it on the counter with out cleaning it or putting something underneath the clean instruments. I hate my self for not speaking up. They are just not good.
I must say, this office from the front ladies to the Doctor, it is a dream experience. The ladies are always very nice and very helpful. Dr. James Greer has provided an office with an atmosphere of professionalism, relaxed, and joyful. He is a great Podiatrist too. Thanks to all of you, but especially Dr. Greer.
I went to Dr Greer twice for a diagnosis for painful feet. The office and staff are great. The doctor seems to not care or doesn't seem to want to spend time to partner with a patient to help figure out the cause. He rapidly diagnosed planter facetious and wanted me to purchase expensive products from him. The 2nd visit, I requested Xrays, which were taken. He spent a grand total of 5 minutes with me discussing my Xrays and said there is nothing more he can do to help. I requested my Xrays and a written report. I have still ... read more
