Great place to live and the staff working on site are top notch. John is the maintenance manager and he will be so quick and effective you’ll have a new standard of maintenance and repair that no other place will live up to. They’re very accommodating and that’s all besides the fact that the apartments have great updated windows, the construction is very well done. Rent too high and up keep on buildings aren't good enough
Very affordable place and has been overall well-kept given that it's an older building. However, this does mean that it gets warmer than newer apartments. Was able to get around this by running a standalone AC unit in additon to the central air during the heat wave to get around 70F temperatures. No issues with roaches or pests throughout the year. After going through the frustrating process of trying to find an apartment, I eventually found Brentwood Place Apartments. When I called the complex, I was delighted to speak to Melanie (Property Manager). She was the property manager at a previous apartment complex where I lived and she played a vital part in making my application and move-in process a positive experience and this time was no different. I’ve been living here for a whole year ! & I can say I love these apartments . It was rocky at first with a guy they had on staff that didn’t seem to answer calls but now they have some wonderful ladies that are so kind, helpful and on it ! . John is in charge of maintenance and he is incredible !! He is always on property ready to help and jump on things. He fixes things quickly!!
