These are the greatest doctors and staff in St. Louis. They’re compassion and caring is second to none and they have taken care of all my children, And that’s half a dozen. Your child could not be in better hands anywhere in the state.
No concern for my sick child what so ever
I remember when my son was one year old and had an allergic reaction to peanuts. I had to bring him in for an emergency office visit, and we waited over 25 minutes for Joshua Smith to come in and assess him. Looking back now, I realize how inappropriate and concerning that response was. At the very least, he could have instructed a nurse to administer Benadryl or promptly evaluated my son himself. Met with Dr. Smith prior to our birth. Assured us that we could have a spread out vac schedule. Kid is 2 moths and all of a sudden he changes tune. I'm not going to give a baby more vacs than I'm allowed to give an adult at once. Smith never tried to educate us. Just said this is how it is so give your baby the shots or get out.
