I am a current resident that has been here for two years throughout my two years I have noticed management make beautiful changes to the grounds. The office staff are always so professional and friendly the maintenance team is on point with work orders.
Absolutely the best experience I have had going thru a rental property operation! Azariah and staff have knocked it out of the park! Everything has been smooth and communication has been clear and correct accordingly thru out the whole process :) 10/10 would recommend Brentwood!
I've been renting a townhome, and have found it to be a very reasonable price for the amount of space you get. The leasing office & property management have been flexible and communicative, and the maintenance team has been responsive and understanding with service requests; when a major kitchen appliance went out, they were great at finding a time to diagnose what went wrong and then ordering & installing a replacement. Quite, families, loved it but just far for me with no car working downtown Minneapolis.
Azariah has been a huge huge help since move-in date! She is always responsive, very sweet and VERY accommodating! Such a wonderful representation of what it means to be a professional but kind leasing agent!
