They cancelled our first appointment without telling us. We showed up and they said they thought it was fake. Made another appointment. It was cancelled again. If they dont want new patients I wish they would let us know before we make appointments, organize work and school schedules and then won't see us.
Call center is horrible makes me regret my decision. They are hard to understand and we won’t helpful at all. They have made billing errors and have been a nightmare to correct.

This place is a joke. My son needed an extra cleaning which is obviously paid out of pocket. When I called and came into the office, I explained we will be paying out of pocket for the extra cleaning, apparently no one understands and billed our insurance. I’m being frustrated!
I absolutely love this office! All the staff are great Especially the dental hygienist Tiana she’s so thorough, and kind. My mouth has never felt cleaner since I’ve been going to her. The doctor is also awesome quick, friendly, and very gentle. Will not go anywhere else! Highly recommend them.
