Terrible place to buy a condo. Both the condo board and property management companies they hire are as corrupt as they come. They’re always looking for miniscule reasons to fine you. They have people spying on you when you’re outside taking pictures of you then sending you a fine in the mail with a print-out of the spy pictures and whatever made-up fine they decided to give you.
