THE WORST PLACE TO APPLY . it Took Over a month and half to get a answer. 1st you get approval letter from Brentwood Oaks stating congratulations your approval for move in date etc etc. Then they string one along till it's about move in date and then deny you. So No I have No place to live Next Week. Thanks a lot Brentwood Oaks for string people along.

Only lived here a few months and the apartment was PRISTINE when I left. They kept my entire deposit then sent me to collections for another $200 claiming it's all cleaning fees. Lies and exploitation of a disabled person knowing that I don't have the funds or mental capacity to fight this and now my credit score is being affected. Don't move here. Read the other reviews.
