Only lived here a few months and the apartment was PRISTINE when I left. They kept my entire deposit then sent me to collections for another $200 claiming it's all cleaning fees. Lies and exploitation of a disabled person knowing that I don't have the funds or mental capacity to fight this and now my credit score is being affected. Don't move here. Read the other reviews.
The maintenance here is horrible! Trying to get anything fixed takes months! I've been waiting months on a refrigerator that works properly, I'm on my 3rd refrigerator and all of them are over 25 years old, I've been waiting a week so far to have my 4 foot fluorescent kitchen light replaced. I would not recommend living here! Update: We finally have maintenance 5 days a week. However, now I am on my 4th 26-year-old refrigerator. It would be nice to have a newer refrigerator that works properly.
