Be prepared to have no food available if you arrive around 8pm, even on a Friday night! Everything is closed except for the book store which thankfully has some snacks but does you no good if you have a connecting flight and haven’t had a meal for many hours due to being on another flight. Austin airport has amazing food and should have at least one place to get a meal when there are many flights waiting to board and it’s 8:30.
