My daughter and I called to see if they had any openings. The lady on the phone said yes. She was very accommodating and was willing to let us come view an apartment immediately. Another lady came and showed us the apartment and was very knowledgeable about the pricing and timeline of the current availability. The apartments seemed to be well maintained and clean. Thank you ladies for being so nice to us!!

I lived in these apartments ten years ago. The management was rude and constantly went back on their word. They never followed through on their end of the contract. When I asked for the paperwork to move out management wouldn’t give me the paperwork at first. I had to threaten to call my Lawyer. I don’t live in Hastings anymore but these apartments would be the last on my list if I did. These people were so rude. Honestly, they were rude enough that if they needed help I wouldn’t go out of my way to help them in any way.

These people are swindlers and cheats. We had a month to month lease with them. We knew we were moving out the end of February, so we called th 15th of January to let them know. They said ok and asked for the signed end of lease. We worked long hours, and they closed early multiple times due to snow. Because of this, we didn't get the document turned in on time. They charged us for damages that were already there when we moved in. They said we left $1600 in damages when the apartment was barely lived in. Rude and unfriendly management. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!

These are beautiful apartments in a good area of town to rent. The insides are well done and you can have roommates.
