Not bad at all. These apartments are super old and look it on the out side but over all are a great place to live. The one bed apts are good sized and well kept, lots of early 1900s architectural character. Managers were worked hard to please and fixed any problems I had pretty fast . All in all great value!
Best one bedroom deal in town. Historic Luxury Apartment complex with lots of charm. Apartments are clean, well taken care of, and are very affordable to live it. Management works hard to serve you and is always friendly.
Poop. Pure poop. The rooms stink, the halls smell like someone was freshly murdered, the neighbors are all buttholes that obviously do drugs and beat their spouse(s), outside around the building looks like a tornado had recently passed, etc.
