RecommendedGreat place! Especially during these uncertain times all the staff members have been wonderful, especially the director, Bobby Nero. My mom is at the Reserve and they have been open and honest about everything. We receive weekly updates including the protocols they have in place concerning COVID-19. Bobby truly cares about the residents.
Brentwood Health Care nursing home facility offered my father the best care possible during the last few years of life. My father suffered from Parkinson’s Disease, and the staff there kept him clean and comfortable. They helped afford the dignity he deserved as they were friendly, kind and the utmost professionals. Brentwood’s staff at all levels was outstanding. Great place to send your love ones. All around caring facility. Brentwood is welcoming, friendly, compassionate and supportive. We wanted the best for our mother. She was admitted to Brentwood post-surgery, and we absolutely have no complaints! I give this place great praise! The facility is very nice, clean and very well maintained. My Mother was said if she ever needs to return to a rehab facility, she would definitely go back to Brentwood.
I was fortunate to have the best nurses Marla, Al and Stormy, among others, to help me recover from a broken hip. I also had very nice and helpful nurses aides such as some of my favorites were Rick, Jesse, John among others. I also met some very nice people that I will never forget while going out to smoke Ernesto, Diane, Renee, Casey, Darin, the sun goddess, just to mention a few. Great place foe your loved one! My father in law has been here several times in the last few years and he has always received excellent care!
What an amazing place to work. A great family of team members working together to provide the absolute best care to our residents. Also, I have had many family members and friends stay at Brentwood for rehab. I wouldn’t want them anywhere else. From our nursing care to our therapy unit ~ they received top notch care. Thank you to all the staff at Brentwood that treats every resident as if they were their own family member!!
The facility and staff are excellent. Mom moved into the new Reserve building when it first opened and everything has been a positive experience. Our family would definitely recommend The Reserve. It has given us peace of mind that she loves her new place and that they have a very caring staff.
