Longterm Renter @ Brentwood & absolutely love it,my apartment is very large,very well kept and within walking distance to Whitworth and neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops,the property is clean,maintained daily & the courtyard & pool are extremely well kept. Most of my neighbors are kind and we look out for each other,I have become close friends with several tenants. My only complaint is no washer or dryer in units & sometimes @ night the passersbyers can for very loud & unruly. But that's not anything you wouldn't exp... read more
This place is an absolute toilet...been here for 5 years. No pool access, you have to pay for laundry, and the parking is absolutely horrible. We are all getting charged 1k per unit.....the original price was even a stretch. 2 thumbs down.
Previous on-site manager was very nice & helpful & helped make our moving process a bit easier. Complex is small, used to be quiet and she kept things very well maintained. I hope to continue an enjoyable living experience here.
