I hate to put bad reviews, and rarely do. However, I placed an order on Sunday afternoon for a birthday surprise. I offered to pay over their normal delivery charge to ensure delivery. Not only did the flowers not get delivered, no call no nothing. After calling them the next day after I found out delivery wasn’t made the person who answered blatantly lied and told me how they did. I called Saturday 12/19/2020 around noon to place a same day delivery in Brentwood. I spoke to a woman directly at the shop who didn't seem to warm on the phone. I specifically asked for the "Teleflora Sleigh Bells" arrangement. I liked how it had white roses in it and how full it was when you make it a deluxe arrangement. I could not have stressed more that I wanted this arrangement since there is also one called the "Teleflora Rosey Sleigh" arrangement (does not have any white flowers). I ordered $100 bouquet and they failed to tell me that they hardly had any of the flowers in stock. The flowers they did use we’re already starting to go bad with the edges of the petals wilting. It ended up looking nothing like the bouquet that I had ordered from the Tele flora photo and on top of that, they declined to use my Tele flora coupon. I will not be back and definitely do not recommend!

Omg! My husband sent me flowers this past week for my birthday. I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement in my life! No kidding...(and I’m old}...shhh. This arrangement is a few days old and it’s still as beautiful as the day I received it. We just moved to Brentwood and now I know what florist I will be doing business with! Brentwood Floridt ROCKS!!!
