Contrary to reviews listed this place is a freak show. Will quote you a set rate for rent then charge an extra hundred plus for amenities and pet fees. The walls are not insulated and the heat at full capacity drops to 55 degrees in the winter running on a modern digital thermostat. I have not had a hot shower (the water is lukewarm at best) since I lived at this unit which is unusual for a “luxury apartment”. So I am new to the MAA community however I will say that I have been over here before to visit friends I just moved here March 7th and I will tell you it is the best place I have ever lived the grounds are very welcome the office people are all amazing Tiniki,Emily,Erin and Billy and are there when you need them they're very quick to respond to concerns the maintenance man are amazing also like so Saturday I reached out to the maintenance number told them I did not know for sure if it was a maintenance emergency or not but w... read more
