This was by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Extreme mice problems, repeated misinformation from management, and a complete lack of accountability from property manager Tiniki Yarbrough ultimately forced us to terminate our lease and move out. Fast to respond. The management is very proactive on property up keep.
MAA Brentwood is a disgusting place to live in. On-site office team comes off as nice, but is not truly willing to find resolutions for unlivable apartments. Terrible pest problems, in just a month I’ve had a lizard and mice droppings in my apartment, plus dozens and dozens of bugs each month. Not safe or sanitary to live in. The outside landscaping is where they invest all of their resources, don’t be fooled- the inside of the apartments are old and in terrible need of renovations. We've only lived here a week so far, but it has been great. The apartment has so much more storage space that what we're used to. The complex itself is beautiful, with lots of green space. It's in a nice location, close enough to several grocery stores and a branch of the Nashville library that you could walk. The maintenance team is very dedicated and friendly.
