Very good service.
I have lived here since August 2022 & have loved it. Anytime I’ve had any issues the maintenance team is always on it & they do an excellent job. The office staff is so friendly & willing to help with anything. They have even been nice enough to bring my package to my door when I was working long hours. The property is always clean and I love that the gym is opening 24hrs.

I have lived at MAA Brentwood off and on for the past 15 years or so. The leasing office and maintenance staff through the years have always been kind and helpful and my maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner. I've enjoyed the pool and workout room although I wish the workout room were just a little bit bigger. I also love that the community is within a 15 minutes drive of my work place and is close to lots of shopping and restaursnt options.
