I took my adult son with autism and an intellectual disability for the first time to the dentist office for a cleaning. Before I came they asked lots of questions to see what they needed to do to make it a good experience. They had everything ready and the hygienist did a great job with my son who can be challenging. I was very pleased with this first visit. The staff from beginning to end were excellent.
Not sure where these other comments come from. My son goes here and is a very complex high risk case. We have received nothing but the BEST care here and all the staff has been amazing with him and he loves them! I am honestly a little jealous that I didn't have such a place when I was growing up! LOL! He gets to watch cartoons while his teeth are cleaned (great for a 2year old) and he gets rewarded with a new toothbrush, shaped flossers, bubble gum toothpaste, and a sword balloon!!! Staff is rude and does not respect patients, more interested in money than caring for medical needs. I absolutely regret taking my child here.
My daughter doesn't like going there.....she says the "people are grumpy".....and "they never talk to me ..... just to each other".
