Dr. Shapiro makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how he goes through the X-rays and all of the imaging with me, making sure I understand what he is seeing and why certain treatments may be recommended. He is patient, and caring, and I feel that I am in good hands.
