Honestly I don’t know where to start but organization and professionalism who be key to this review!!! I feel like there is a breach in my contract. I surrendered my keys and lease 5 months ago and I’m still waiting for a simple deposit. This is absurd and I’m tired of the excuses from the office staff. Hmmmm I moved here in January 2023. First off Ms Yvonne was wonderful ! She helped me get in . But once she left things really got hectic :( . There was Ms Laresha that tried to get everything done for me except this one incident before I put in my 30 days. These new rent ladies well one of them are really nasty and rude . My experience here was 5/10 . Big shout out to Mr jerry for trying to solve the problems that were needed for maintenance! He needs a RAISE !! The office staff are wonderful and work well to find solutions! The apartments that aren’t updated weren’t treated well in the past, but are very decent. Wish there was more community involvement activities, but overall I like the location and nature surrounding it. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live :)
Whenever I have called the complex I have not got no answer on the call back they do not pick up the phone
