Honestly I don’t know where to start but organization and professionalism who be key to this review!!! I feel like there is a breach in my contract. I surrendered my keys and lease 5 months ago and I’m still waiting for a simple deposit. This is absurd and I’m tired of the excuses from the office staff. Hmmmm I moved here in January 2023. First off Ms Yvonne was wonderful ! She helped me get in . But once she left things really got hectic :( . There was Ms Laresha that tried to get everything done for me except this one incident before I put in my 30 days. These new rent ladies well one of them are really nasty and rude . My experience here was 5/10 . Big shout out to Mr jerry for trying to solve the problems that were needed for maintenance! He needs a RAISE !!
