Excellent General Contractor. Has been building Custom Homes and remodeling for many years starting out when he was young working for his dad. Many problems came up and were competently resolved. Had the entire home remodeled and the kitchen really took the both of us to task.
I was trying to sell a house but they were some open permits that didn't allow me to close. This company help me in a matter of 24 hours to resolve these open permits so I can close in two days. Highly recommended. He's not only remodel but he also does others issues pertaining to homes such as permits
I am a sub contractor that work with Eric at 1820 Lake Markham road in Lake Mary upon be given the green light from Eric to lath and stucco his home for the bartet residence. The inspector stopped us from seminole county building inspecting and said 3 critical things have not been inspected and required us to stop work. Go back and remove work in order to have these items inspected.
