I would not recommend this place. Our experience was extremely unprofessional and very upsetting. My daughter is only half white, and it honestly left me feeling like she wasn’t considered “white enough” to be treated with the same respect and compassion as other patients. The female, blonde doctor treated my 13-year-old daughter terribly. I bring my children here and have always had a great experience. Dr. Thomas is amazing! Unfortunately, the staff that handles the billing and insurance, is unprofessional. I made my appointment 2-3 weeks in advance for follow up shots. They have my insurance on file.. they waited 40 minutes before the day of the appointment to let me know that they couldn’t keep the appointment due to insurance issues. Dr. Prescott is a phenomenal pediatrician. We absolutely love the care that our children receive. She truly cares about her patients and their families. She partners with us and respects our preferences such as immunization timing. The nurses are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The on-call nurses have been very helpful to us. The clinic is clean and well-kept. The front desk staff are very courteous and professional. We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prescott and the clinic as a whole.
Dr. Prescott and her team at BCC are fantastic! Dr. Prescott has been a tremendous blessing to our family as our pediatrician. She has cared so well for our child and my postpartum wife.
