Dr. Prescott is a phenomenal pediatrician. We absolutely love the care that our children receive. She truly cares about her patients and their families. She partners with us and respects our preferences such as immunization timing. The nurses are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The on-call nurses have been very helpful to us. The clinic is clean and well-kept. The front desk staff are very courteous and professional. We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Prescott and the clinic as a whole.
Dr. Prescott and her team at BCC are fantastic! Dr. Prescott has been a tremendous blessing to our family as our pediatrician. She has cared so well for our child and my postpartum wife. She truly cares about our family as a whole and treats our child the same as she treats her own. Robin, with lactation, was the best one we saw out of all. We love Dr. Thomas and BCC! She is extremely caring, thorough, and my son absolutely adores her. She takes the time to talk everything through and establish a trusting relationship with the patient and parents. So thankful to have her as our pediatrician!
My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Susan Thomas. She has cared for our daughter for years, and is the best!!! She exhibits empathy and professionalism second to none. Would recommend her and BCC to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
Will not be back!! Have taken my kids here since 2020. Our Dr left the practice and we were assigned to Dr. Susan Thomas, which I trusted would be equal to the previous care. My 17 and 13 year old just left this appt with the worst pediatric experience. I would not recommend this pediatrician… too many other great ones in Mid TN to deal with a Dr who will not partner with you nor respond well to questions.
