Wonderful location This apartment complex is located in the center of everything for Jacksonville. They also allow pets and even one of the foster Belgian Malinois was adopted by a resident there. This is a friendly apartment community. Safe for pets and children.
Horrible!!!!! I live at the park aparments, biggest mistake EVER!!!!! Their apartments are roach and bed bug infested also the manager lets people get drunk out in the parking lots in the middle of the day while children are out running around. The manager Veronica will not doing anything and neighbors cursing, vandalizing, fighting and being extremely loud. I have lived here almost 8 months and have had to ask the management ten times to spray my apartment and they haven't sprayed once.They are the worst apartments ever and... read more
mark rented a two bedroom house from here. southwood is good to work with you and also very good about fixing things when you tell them nice people to work with
I LOVED LIVING THERE I do think they need to replace some of their carpets though. Maybe they should replace them to laminate flooring. They did clean it for us when we renewed our lease, but it was gross from the previous tenants. I tried to cover it up with rugs. I loved the vaulted ceilings in our apartment!
