DO NOT buy here!!! Horrible experience so far. The management is pathetic and fails to send monthly bills. Instead, charges are sent to a collections agency, (which are themselves, under a different name) and each time a notice is sent a fee of $400 is added. There seems to be a lack of proper staffing or systems in place to handle basic billing in a timely manner. They don't resolve community issues, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating.
