Talk about unprofessional. YOU CONTACTED US, attempting to intimidate us with threats of being “served,” and then became angry when we presented facts you couldn’t dispute. When I see one member of their management team with a history of driving companies into bankruptcy, you have to proceed with caution. When you find out a second member of the company has done the same, you look somewhere else.

They sent a business to bankruptcy, all while pushing employees to work harder while cutting their benefits, to try to make up for them opening stores right before the pandemic. Somehow they had enough money for a second ceo when they couldn't afford to pay 401k matching for years, that second ceo lied to employees that they could fix the problem all while she kept prepping for a sale and sending the business to bankruptcy. You and your employees cannot trust these people.
