Very bad place no security ,not order ..all they care is about the rent money on the first..you share your space with homeless guys and there’s nothing you can do…the homeless guys are very scary its like they own the the whole apartments..the whole place is messy with trash ,roaches and the smell of weeds…
Overall experience is a 1. Although nice they lack communication and thoroughness. They have vague conversations and when asked to make alterations or accommodations it’s none over been waiting over 4 months just any Type of response. That alone isn’t right to me you can’t tell someone when to move when you haven’t even made it clear of what is going on. No to mention i applied on a promotion and they still tried to charge me the fees when the website said waived and zeros out my entire charges during the application process... read more
The leasing office arbitrarily decided to Trash the 4 bicycles I bought for myself and my children last year. The leasing office manager, without consulting us, trashed all the bicycles. last week office manager trash my mechanic tools that I bought more than 1,500 dollars was trashed from behind my apartment without informing me. I want to ask who will pay for me all these damages
They don’t even deserve a 1 star all they do is raise rent prices and expect to get it fast and if you ask them to fix something they take a long time do it. There’s also been a lot of problems and shootings in this apartment and it’s as if the office doesn’t really care about it all they care about is their rent money. Plus, the workers that supposedly know how to fix stuff can’t even do a simple job like unscrew a nut and they don’t even speak english.
