THIS IS NOT STUDENT HOUSING! There is no association with FLCC. My daughter, a college student at FLCC, rented an apartment here. When she moved in it was dirty. We had to wash & disinfect everything. Mold in bathroom, no screen on bedroom window. Cigarettes butts and garbage everywhere outside apartment. Many tenants are not students. There is absolutely no student security. Management has no regular hours, as they travel between this property and Buffalo properties. Her roommate moved out after 2 months.
