The techs and veterinarians are all incredible and very caring! We have personally dealt with every single one of them with our troublesome fur-baby and I couldn’t say enough nice things! They are so knowledgeable and make sure they spend plenty of time with you explaining everything. They are so loving and walking through the doors we feel like a part of the family! What nice people! Everyone there contributes excellent care to my kitty, Mitzi. Mitzi just loves the cat room and scratching posts. Wonderful place to take your pet!
I really liked coming here they seemed to really love my fur baby as much as I do. But the only thing that doesn't make this a five is that they were really judgmental about my families choice not to nuder my dog!
Sammie has been coming to see Dr.R for about 10 yrs and he is always very thorough checking her out and putting this fur mom at ease.The staff are always polite and ready to help along with the techs.
