I currently live here and Tabitha has always taken my concerns into consideration and has always been prompt, very friendly and super helpful.
This is the first 3 bedroom apartment I've lived in and I really love it. It's affordable, really nice and fairly quiet too. Pearl and Colin in the office always get back to me quickly whenever I have questions and Daniels really good with getting things fixed whenever I've had to put in work orders.
Affordable and spacious! I've only ever lived at bigger apartment communities and love this smaller one! Our office staff, Especially Tabitha always take the time to help you with whatever you need. Maintenance is fast and thorough. Jack and Kiston are always fast and friendly when they come to fix things. Plus we have access to Timbers IV pool and other activities, that's a plus!
The apartment is not ideal, some reoccurring issues, but one redeeming quality is the fact that the staff that we have to communicate with is quite awesome. Tabitha Ramos, in particular, helped us with our application process and is always in a positive mood. Tabitha is super helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
