haven't moved in yet (scheduled for July), but my experience so far has been great. Dhruv has been extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From the walkthrough to the application, he made everything easy and answered all my questions. Looking forward to moving into Brentview Tower soon! Thank you Dhruv!
Please avoid this apartment if possible. It may seem appealing for the price, but that lower cost comes with significant issues, including cockroaches, mold, and recurring leaks that have caused flooding in the building. Most of the residents also don't seem to take good care of the property, and the elevators and hallways frequently smell dirty. Overall, the building is not well maintained.
I am a senior resident, I truly enjoy living here and it feels like home. I recently had the chance to speak with Dhruv, and it was such a positive experience. He’s genuinely kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen, which made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns. It’s not often you come across someone so understanding and easy to talk to. I really appreciate his support thank you!
My husband and I came to view the apartment and had a wonderful experience. Adesh was very friendly, professional, and took her time with us. The building is very clean, the location is perfect, and we immediately felt welcome. Highly recommend!
