Love the feel of Brentview. I am a senior who lived in the retirement community attached to Brentview and love the vibe of Brentview and its range of tenants from seniors to students to children. Also very appeaing to me is that I am still a member of the Boardwalk community and enjoy the benefits from being a member of the BRC. I also enjoy the fact that pets are allowed. Please think seriously before moving in here! We have had a significant roach problem, they started coming in our apartment through the drains and we asked to get it treated right away. Well we have managed to get them somewhat under control in our own unit, they are still prevalent in the common areas and will keep trying to enter our unit. It doesn’t help that the place isn’t sealed properly, the baseboards aren’t done properly, a 12 year old with access to YouTube could have done better. I’ve included pictures of all the ... read more
