Please think seriously before moving in here! We have had a significant roach problem, they started coming in our apartment through the drains and we asked to get it treated right away. Well we have managed to get them somewhat under control in our own unit, they are still prevalent in the common areas and will keep trying to enter our unit. It doesn’t help that the place isn’t sealed properly, the baseboards aren’t done properly, a 12 year old with access to YouTube could have done better. I’ve included pictures of all the ... read more

Не рекомендую! Опалення не працює вже впʼяте за цю зиму, а ще навіть не кінець січня. Сервіс працює погано, обіцяють все asap коли надворі мінусова температура і при цьому говорять, що ситуація не критична, так як не дуже вже і холодно надворі.
