The 3 guys showed up on time to replace my HVAC unit. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Everything was done in good time with no damage to our floors or walls. I am very pleased with their service.
They came out on short notice, diagnosed the problem(s) quickly and fixed them. Very prompt and professional service. Kenneth is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. Very satisfied with the service.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE! If I could give these guys a negative review I would! Both my air units were shutting off so I Called Brents and Sons and a guy came out, rude, very poor appearance and bad attitude from the start. Then did everything but fix the problem and charged me over $300! They sent the same guy out TWICE and still didn't fix the problem and the third time a different guy tried to sell me a new drain pipe when all I had to do was run some drano in it..so I ended up fixing the problem myself! ... read more
