Brent and his team were outstanding. They answered quickly, arrived on time, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. The tech explained my options clearly, fixed the problem on the first visit, and left the area spotless. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and they even followed up to make sure everything was running right. I couldn’t ask for better service. Five stars without hesitation.
I can't speak highly enough about Brent's. I called another plACE first and they didn't know what they were doing. Had someone else recommend Brent's and they came out same day. Their technician (Jim) showed up when they said he would, was knowledgeable, courteous and was able to diagnose both my issues where the other guys failed.
