I had a leak with my heating system, being that Brents is a local company I wanted to go with them. It is getting into the colder season and did know that there would be a wait, which I was ok with. It was just under 2 weeks for the next available appointment. Come the time that they were to show, no one did. No phone calls to reschedule either. Very disappointed.

Our records indicate this customer calling us on October 25th, 2023. During that phone call we scheduled a service call with this customer for November 21st, 2023. The current date is November 13th 2023. The customer is still scheduled for 11/21/23.
Terrible experience The owner was rude and raised his voice at me. I advise all to look elsewhere for this service!
Get what you pay for.... – They will do what they can to get the job... but when it is done and they have left they will not come back to fix what they did not do right to start with. They put in a new furnace and exchange tower that leaks more air through the new seams than is flowing through the ducts. After 6 conversations and 15 unreturned messages I have chosen to go threw the BBB. Be sure it is done PROPERLY BEFORE THEY LEAVE...including ALL clean up.
