HORRIBLE Worst service ever, do NOT buy anything from Brents. They will gladly take your money but when it comes to an issue they will sit there and go around it. I purchased a very expensive carpet and padding from Brents. After about 4 years we had to get the padding replaced by Brents (under warranty) in the process they damaged my carpet by over stretching it and ripping the carpet. OUTSTANDING!!!! Brent's Carpet One was top notch from beginning to end. Brent personally came to our home to measure our floors and they were installed within days. We have beautiful new hardwood, carpet, and tile. His installers were prompt, clean, and made it look like a new house. I highly recommend Brent's for your flooring. He does not nickle and dime you like some carpet outlets and when the job is finished it is done right. Kudos to Brent's Carpet One!
Brent's Carpet One is the BEST! Brent's is the BEST! Not only does my new hardwood floor look absolutely beautiful, but the service I received was above and beyond anything else I have ever experienced anywhere!
BEWARE!!! Beware of overcharges for services that were never performed I had linolieum replaced in my rental. I was charged $55 to disconnect and move a fridge all of three feet ( tops ). When I inspected the job the next day, I realized the worker did not even do me the courtesy of reconnecting the water line or plugging it back into the outlet. They make sure it's done right! Not only do they have a wonderful selection but they also are willing to work with the prices a bit too I discovered. However, that was not what impressed me the most. When we had a flood in our home, Brent's made sure it was repaired correctly before they would even consider laying the floors down. They were not looking out for their bottom line but rather the integrity of their work and name! VERY IMPRESSIVE for this day and age!!
Great Flooring and Customer Service Brent's store has terrific customer service and a large selection of carpet, tile, and wood flooring. They also carry a large line of window coverings. I have used Brent's for many years and have been very happy with all my flooring/window coverings.

Great Selection & Advice, Beautiful Installation Brent's was the only flooring retailer to suggest the perfect solution to my flooring quandary--a product (Amtico) that no other merchant even mentioned! The designer, Rebecca, was a joy to work with and promptly remedied the few concerns that arose. Installers were on time, put in a long day, and were polite and accommodating. Overall, no surprise that this merchant is one of the most popular in my area!
Very Helpful and Friendly We had a GREAT experioence at Brent's Carpet. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Eileen helped us with our ceramic tile and carpet selection and was great about helping us select the right colors for our kitchen and living room. Eileen is a fun and friendly person. It is a family friendly place and we even got to meet Brent when we visited the store to look at samples.
