Brent is the worst real estate agent I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He is self-serving and petty. He purposefully rejected our offers (yes 3 in a row) to accept an offer for his client that would double his commission. His client's best interests were not taken into account as our offers were larger than what his client accepted, but 6% of a smaller amount is still larger for him than 3% of a larger offer.
