DO NOT USE KATHLEEN BRENTON AS A REALTOR!!! She is a slum lord. She entices hate in neighborhoods and lends no responsibility to the properties she owns. She is rude, bossy and a know-it-all. BUYER BEWARE!
Excellent service. Above and beyond. Kathleen works tirelessly (seems like 24hrs a day) to find the right property, right buyer, right deal. You name it, she'll help you do it. She helped us get our existing property ready for sale (paint, some patching, new carpet, cleaning, landscaping.) She helped out with the staging of the home. Facilitated open houses, virtual home tours, etc. She was very helpful in finding the right property to purchase as when we sold. Kathleen is amazing! I gave her an almost impossible task of finding the perfect home for my aging parents wanting to live less than a mile from me. They had very specific requirements for their home. Not only did she find the perfect house, but she negotiated a house that was not even on the market yet!
