My father was on an appointment on march early morning we was late 10 min they wouldn’t let him in and reschedule to May !!! On may we arrived before the appointment 30 min and checked in , after 45 min they told me that the doctor in behind and minimum waiting time will be 1 hour and 20 min if you want to go around and come back later!!!!! So 10 min late not accepted but I should wait 2 hours and be happy
