Brent has always been quick to respond and motivated to help. I’ve never had to worry about if this or that is going to get fixed because Brent is more focused on the longevity of the property we were renting and the well being of the tenants than a dollar here or there. I had the water heater replaced within a couple days of reaching out to Brent as well as other minor fixes that took no time at all. I appreciate the time he spent on us to make sure we were good to go.
